Our commitment to cleanliness is stronger than ever...

As has been our long-standing tradition, the Helmsley Medical Tower Guest Facility maintained the highest levels of cleanliness throughout the COVID 19 pandemic. We consulted with experts within New York-Presbyterian Environmental Services and Infectious Control Disease Departments on best practices, strictly adhered to CDC guidelines and maintained an ongoing dialogue with professionals at Ecolab on the most appropriate disinfectants to use.

Here are some protocols we continue to follow:

Elevator count thresholds have been lowered so fewer individuals will be traveling together in each car.
Hand sanitizing stations are found in our common areas for guests' use.
Increased frequency of disinfecting common areas began at the onset of the pandemic and remain in place
Masks are placed in each guest room for your personal use.
Employees will be using masks and gloves as they clean each room.

We will continue to monitor and update our solutions as we focus on the health and safety of our guests and associates. We look forward to being your host.

Our facility caters exclusively to patients, their families and those affiliated with medical institutions in New York City. World renowned hospitals, all within a block of our facility which include New York Presbyterian, Sloan Kettering, and Hospital For Special Surgery.

We offer studios, suites and 1 bedroom apartments all complete with full sized kitchens, living/dining combinations and either one king or two double beds. The kitchens are equipped with standard-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, cookware, coffeemaker and dinnerware and service for four.
